|General Manager and Executive Chef Mark Winters
We’re pleased to announce that Mark is General Manager and Executive Chef.
Mark started his restaurant career at the age of 14. He spent many Masters Tournaments working with Chef Bruce Sacino of Augusta National Golf Club. He also helped brand many local restaurants and successful chains. In 2006 Mark received his Hotel and Restaurant Management Degree from Cornell University. After running his own establishment in Liberty SC he joined a local country club and served as sous chef for five years. Mark joined the Lighthouse team in 2012 and began the development and planning of all things culinary. His philsophy is to serve only the highest quality, local, fresh ingredients.
|Operations ManagerDavid SlevinDavid attended Clemson and was a former baseball player who spent time with the New York Yankees organization. He has been in the food and beverage industry for 8 years. David worked at a local restaurant for 6 years and was general manager for three years. He’s lived in the upstate permanently since 2004.|
